Theymes supports receiving and replying to app store reviews from AppFollow. When the integration is setup AppFollow will send reviews to Theymes, and Theymes will create tickets for the reviews. When you reply to the ticket, it will reply to the review on the app store. Replying to a ticket that has been replied to earlier will update the review.

To setup the AppFollow integration follow these steps.

  1. Follow the guide to enable email integration on AppFollow.

  2. For the email to send the reviews to, use the dedicated email for your game. You can find the email in Theymes by first selecting your game from the navigation, then Settings and then Emails. The value of the "What to do when email is received" setting does not affect AppFollow integration, even if you have email tickets disabled, emails from AppFollow will still create tickets.

  3. Once you enable the integration on AppFollow everything is ready.

Please note that when you enable the email integration for the first time AppFollow sends a batch of previous reviews to Theymes. These reviews might already be replied to. You can use bulk actions to select the initial batch of the tickets AppFollow sends and close them by using "Started by" filter to only start handling reviews that come in after enabling the integration.

Automations such as reminders, auto close and custom triggers for new tickets / messages are not run for AppFollow tickets.
