Message templates

Message templates provide quick access to your most commonly used responses.

In addition to saving time, you can also automatically append tags to templates. When a message template is added and sent in a conversation, its associated tag will be added to the ticket automatically.

By default, message templates are game-specific and only visible within that game. If you want to share a template across your entire organization, uncheck the “Show only for X game” option when setting up the message template. This template will then be visible for all games.

You can also set a message template to be used only for private notes.

Message template settings

To set up message templates, go to Settings > Message templates > Create new message template.

When writing back to the player, message templates can be added to the text area by selecting from Insert Template > Select template

If the player writes in other language than english, the message template is automatically translated when clicking the Reply.
