Multilingual support
Theymes supports multilingual tickets by automatically translating the player messages to English.
It's possible to continue by answering in English and the system will automatically translate the messages to the player's language, or switch to the target language and write in the same language the player is.
By default, all of the incoming tickets are translated to English.
To see the original message, click the 'Use [Language]' button on the top right corner.
When changing to the target language, you can also write in the target language and the system doesn't do automatic translations.
Write the message in English and press Reply
The player will your message in their language. You can preview the sent message by toggling the target language.
