Here's an overview of the different features of the ticket list.

1. Selected ticket list

Theymes comes with two predefined ticket list views:

  • Assigned to me: View all the open tickets that are assigned to you.
  • All: View All the open tickets of the selected game, or all games if no game is selected.

2. My tickets bar

Shows the tickets that you are handling and provides quick access to jump between the tickets. See My tickets bar for more information.

3. Active filters

The active filters that are applied to this ticket view. Use the Filter button to add new filters. See Ticket filters for an overview of different ticket filters that are supported.

4. Actions

Access to following actions:

  • Reset filters: If you have made changes to the filters, this button will reset them to the initial state.
  • Save as inbox: Saves the current ticket view as a new inbox. See creating an Inbox for more information.
  • Bulk mode: Allows selecting multiple tickets and run bulk actions on the tickets. See Bulk actions for more information.

5. Ticket list

Here you can see all the tickets that match your filters, from newest to oldest. You can see the essential details of the ticket such as:

  • The ticket ID
  • When the ticket was created
  • What is the current status
  • Who is the ticket assigned to
  • What collector was used to start the ticket

Clicking on a ticket will open that ticket. See ticket view for more information.
